About Me

Hi, I'm Andrew.

Born, raised, and studied in Melbourne.

I believe that maths doesn't need to be difficult.

What makes me different to most other maths tutors is that I deliver a uniquely creative experience for my students in their journey of navigating the world of maths. I tend to use more casual vocabulary to draw intrigue into concepts.

I studied maths three years ahead while also excelling in creativity. I achieved Dux of VCE Media back in school and with a high ATAR score I went on to study Engineering in pursuit of a steady career. The highlight of my engineering career was estimating and quoting $170m of custom precast concrete components for Victoria's East West Link project.

I currently run a couple of photography and videography brands called ACG Media and Evertale Films, all while continuing to support my maths students.

Education:

Bachelor of Engineering, 1st Class Honours, 2011, Monash University. Consistent HD achiever.

Tutoring Experience:

- I started tutoring Year 10 content at the age of 14 and haven't stopped tutoring since!

- I tutor all levels of maths up to Maths Methods

How to enrol

Step 1

Choose 1:1 or form a group between 2 to 5 students. One parent represents the group for payments and communication with me.

Step 2

Email me your school's maths syllabus. In most cases I'll customise my classes to keep my students a step ahead of school.

Step 3

Lock in your weekly time slot.

Step 4

Pre-pay one Term of classes.

Step 5

Weekly classes commence online.

Note: All classes are taught via Zoom with a built-in whiteboard. Cameras are not required.
